Dental Focus Month

GIVE YOUR PET A HEALTHY SMILE

85% of Adult Dogs and Cats have periodontal disease. Does yours?

Call to schedule a dental exam today.

Pet Dental Care Month is Here. Periodontal disease is the most common disease in dogs and cats.

  • Daily brushing is not enough to keep teeth clean.

  • Yearly dental cleanings will minimize pain, bad breath and tooth loss that can follow.

  • Chronic infections of the teeth can spread to the heart, liver, lungs and kidneys, where they can do even more damage!

Experience the savings on all dental packages during February and March.

BASIC DENTAL

$253.80* - Normally $282 - A 10% SAVINGS!!

  • Includes oral exam, anesthesia, dental scaling and polishing. Checks for periodontal disease, gingivitis and mobile teeth. Includes dental home care sample kit. We recommend annual dental prophylaxis.

  • Package also includes IV fluids, which help maintain your pet's blood pressure, helps to keep your pet hydrated and flush anesthesia from your pet's system. An IV catheter is also very helpful as an emergency access for medications should an emergency arise during anesthesia.

COMPREHENSIVE DENTAL

$365.60* - Normally $457 - A 20% SAVINGS!!

  • Includes the Basic Dental package described above plus full mouth radiographs. Radiographs have become the standard of care because they allow us to find hidden problems not seen on a normal oral exam. Radiographs are also used to determine and guide treatment options. Full mouth radiographs are recommended as a baseline in younger pets to help note changes throughout the life of your pet.

COMPREHENSIVE DENTAL PLUS

$405.30* - Normally $579 - A 30% SAVINGS!!

  • Includes the Comprehensive Dental package described above, plus pre-anesthetic blood work.

  • Pre-operative blood work includes an in-house blood chemistry profile to check kidney and liver function, a CBC which looks for anemia, infection and platelet estimate. Checking blood values helps us to make anesthesia safer by noting any problems with your pet and may change the anesthesia protocol used for your pet. We are also offering the Senior Comprehensive profile for a more complete panel recommended for older or high risk patients, also at a 30% discount. The Senior Comprehensive panel must be done 1-2 days in advance.

* Prices may increase due to your pet's dental needs and the condition of his/her teeth. Price increases include, but are not limitied to the following: extractions, additional recommended pre-anesthetic tests, other services not described above.
